Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born in Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Reared in the Mormon Church's first family Fawn McKay devoted her brilliant literary talents and remarkable researching skills in the creation of an amazing psycho-historical account of Joseph Smith, published in 1945 under the title No Man Knows My History. The name was taken from the title of a sermon given by Joseph Smith in 1844. In the sermon, he stunned his listeners by stating: "You don't know me, and have not heard my voice. My past is not known to anyone. It is not possible for me to share it with you. Fawn, 29 years old was a writer. Fawn is taking his place as a writer since that day. Many have mocked and denigrated the man, and others have tried to pinpoint the problem. It isn't that there aren't enough documents but rather they are wildly inconsistent. It's a daunting task to put together these documents by separating the first-hand versions from the third-hand versions and then combining Mormon narratives with non-Mormon ones to form a cohesive mosaic. is exciting and enlightening. Fawn brodie was professionally committed to the task. Her work in research and writing brought her fame around the world: Thaddeus Stephens. The Scourge of the south (1959) The Devil Drives. Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon, An Intimate history (1974) Posthumous.
